Total number of units = 12
5 core units plus
7 elective units, of which:
- 2 elective units must be selected from Group A
- for the remaining 5 elective units:
- up to 5 units may be selected from Groups A – I
- if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from a Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.
Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.

This qualification can provide for specialisations. To achieve a specialisation, the following additional packaging rules must be adhered to:
- For specialisation in Business Operations , 4 elective units must be selected from Group A
- For specialisation in Leadership , 4 elective units must be selected from Group B
- For specialisation in Organisational Development , 4 elective units must be selected from Group C
- For specialisation in Compliance , 4 elective units must be selected from Group D
- For specialisation in Business Development , 4 elective units must be selected from Group E
- For specialisation in Digital and Data , 4 elective units must be selected from Group F
- For specialisation in Records and Information Management , 4 elective units must be selected from Group G

OPTION 1 – Study Online
Our standard online delivery option allows you to complete one unit per month for up to 12 months. During this time, you will have regular contact with a dedicated trainer to assist you with your studies. We recommend dedicating 20-25 hours per week to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience.
Our accelerated learning option may suit those with prior knowledge, skills or qualifications. This option allows you to complete two monthly units for up to six months. To succeed in this intensive program, we recommend dedicating 30-40 hours per week to your studies.
Upon successful enrolment, you will be granted access to our interactive and user-friendly eLearning platform. Each unit includes reading materials and a series of assessment activities that can be completed at your own pace and convenience. OPTION 2 – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

OPTION 3 – Study Online at our Facilities
You can complete the same course online at our training partner’s facilities using their resources and equipment at no extra cost. 3CIR and/or our training partner will have staff available to provide additional support if required. Note: Subject to availability, bookings are essential.
OPTION 4 – Study in Class
Although we do not generally offer courses in class, we can schedule a 5 or 10-day face-to-face workshop for groups of 5 or more students. Note that there may be additional work required following the workshop. Please contact us for more information on this option.
