Any Questions about RPL?

It is possible to earn qualifications through your experience. For example, 3CIR offers a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process which allows you to demonstrate that you have the skills and knowledge required to do a job, without having to complete a qualification. This can be done through the submission of evidence such as resumes, letters of recommendation, portfolios or interviews.

Qualifications can help you in several ways. They can give you a measure of accomplishment and achievement that you can use to demonstrate your abilities to employers, colleagues, and others. They may also provide you with access to privileges or opportunities that you would not otherwise have. Additionally, they may be the key to achieving a higher level of professional or personal success.

For example, many occupations require specific qualifications, such as a degree or certification. By having the appropriate qualifications, you may be more likely to be hired for the job, promoted within the company, or receive a raise. Additionally, having qualifications may make it easier for you to transition into a new career field if you decide to change careers later on in life.

All qualifications issued by 3CIR are nationally recognised through our partnership with Asset College RTO #31718. This means that our qualifications are recognised and respected by employers all across Australia. Asset College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which means they are authorised by the Australian government to deliver nationally accredited training. When you complete a qualification with 3CIR, you can be confident that you will have the skills and knowledge that are valued by employers.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is a system that allows individuals to have their skills and knowledge formally recognised, regardless of how or where they acquired them. This can be particularly useful for people who have gained experience through work, life experience, or non-formal learning environments.

3CIR can help individuals assess their skills and knowledge and identify gaps that need to be addressed before applying for RPL. We can also provide guidance on the Recognition of Prior Learning process and help with the submission of applications. For more information, please feel free to contact us!
