Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the Diploma of Quality Auditing (BSB50920) is a nationally regulated assessment process that evaluates a person's existing audit participation, initiation, leadership, and reporting skills against the 12 competency units required for this Australian Qualifications Framework Level 5 credential. Rather than completing formal study, experienced auditors and compliance professionals provide evidence of their existing skills — gathered from conducting real audits — which is assessed by qualified assessors against each unit's performance criteria. Qualifications are issued by Asset College (RTO 31718), regulated by ASQA, and carry identical standing to credentials obtained through traditional study pathways.
