We issue qualifications in two formats: an electronic certificate and a hard copy certificate. The electronic certificate is emailed to you immediately upon successful completion of the RPL assessment or course requirements, providing instant access to your qualification for professional use.

For the hard copy certificate, we facilitate complimentary shipping to ensure you receive a physical document without additional cost. All hard-copy certificates are dispatched via Australia Post, a trusted national postal service, to the mailing address you provided during enrolment. This service is available for both domestic and international addresses; however, delivery times may vary depending on the location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping of hard copy certificates is provided free of charge as part of our commitment to supporting your qualification journey.
  • Shipping Method: Standard mailing through Australia Post. For international shipments, standard international postage applies, subject to Australia Post’s guidelines.

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are designed to be prompt and reliable, aligning with our efficient RPL process, which can result in certification in as little as one week, depending on your prior experience and evidence provided.

For the hard copy certificate, we facilitate complimentary shipping to ensure you receive a physical document without additional cost.   • Electronic Certificate: Delivered via email immediately upon issuance of your qualification.
  • Hard Copy Certificate: Dispatched within one week of the electronic certificate being issued and emailed.
    1. Domestic Delivery (Australia): Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and Australia Post’s standard delivery schedules.
    2. International Delivery: Typically arrives within 10-21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs processing and international postal timelines. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or global postal disruptions.

If you have not received your hard copy certificate within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with our support team for assistance with tracking. We recommend monitoring your email for dispatch notifications, which include relevant tracking details where available.

Returns Policy

Given the nature of our products—formal qualifications and certificates—returns are not applicable in the traditional sense, as these documents are personalised and issued based on your assessed skills and experience. Once a qualification is granted, it represents a permanent recognition of your achievements. It cannot be revoked or returned for refund purposes, except in cases of administrative error on our part.

  • Return Costs: Not applicable, as returns are not facilitated for certificates. However, if an error occurs (e.g., incorrect details on the certificate), we will reissue a corrected version at no cost to you, including free shipping of the replacement hard copy.
  • Return Address: In the rare event that a reissue is required, please return any erroneous hard copy to our designated address: 3CIR Returns, PO Box 676, Bulimba, 4171. Contact our support team before returning any item to obtain authorisation and instructions.
  • Associated Deadlines: Any requests for corrections or reissues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your certificate. We will process and dispatch replacements within one week of verifying the issue.
