Eligibility for Returns
Incorrect or Damaged Certificates: If the hard copy certificate you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a return.

Error in Personalisation: If there is an error in the personalisation of your certificate (e.g., misspelled name, incorrect course details) attributable to an error on our part, you are eligible for a return.

Return Process
Notification: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your certificate. Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photographic evidence.

Review: Upon receiving your return request, our team will review the details and determine the eligibility of the return. We may contact you for further information if necessary.

Approval and Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the hard copy certificate to us. Please note that the certificate must be returned in its original condition.

Processing Returns: Once we receive the returned certificate, we will inspect it and process your return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will issue a corrected certificate at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Circumstances
