Flexible RPL Payment Plans

We offer five flexible RPL payment plan options: Afterpay (4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks), Klarna (pay in 4, monthly up to 24 months, or 30-day options), Zip (flexible terms up to 60 months), DebitSuccess (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly direct debits up to 12 months), and GoCardless (automated recurring payments with zero fees). All plans are interest-free when payments are made on time.

No hidden fees from 3CIR. All prices are GST-free and all-inclusive. We do not add any surcharges to payment plans. However, individual providers may charge late fees if payments are missed — for example, Afterpay charges a $10 initial late fee plus $7 after 7 days, capped at 25% of the order value. Always refer to each provider's terms for their specific fee structure.

All prices on the 3CIR Services site already include the 25% military and emergency services discount. Certificate II from $371.25, Certificate III from $637.50, Certificate IV from $862.50, Diploma from $1,125, Advanced Diploma from $1,612.50, Graduate Diploma from $2,737.50. The discount is applied automatically for all current and former ADF members and emergency services personnel — simply provide proof of service.

Yes. We accept international credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club, plus PayPal for added flexibility. Currency conversion fees may apply from your card issuer. Some cards like Amex or Diners Club may attract merchant surcharges in line with Australian regulations (typically 1–3%). PayPal handles conversions efficiently and includes buyer protection.

Yes. If you're an eligible veteran with a DVA rehabilitation plan, your RPL qualification may be fully funded by the Department of Veterans' Affairs. All payment methods use advanced encryption and PCI DSS compliance (version 4.0, mandatory in Australia since March 2025). This includes secure networks, cardholder data encryption, regular vulnerability monitoring, and strong access controls. All providers — Afterpay, Klarna, Zip, DebitSuccess, and GoCardless — adhere to these standards with additional fraud detection features. Your financial information is protected at every step.

Please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of enrolment. Cancellations made at least 10 business days before course commencement may be eligible for a full refund minus non-refundable administrative fees. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For Afterpay, contact them directly for hardship assistance. DebitSuccess and GoCardless allow pauses or cancellations with notice. See our full terms.

The initial RPL assessment is completely free — you pay nothing until you decide to proceed. After your free assessment, we provide a personalised eligibility report showing which qualifications you qualify for. You only pay when you choose to move forward with a specific qualification. At that point, you select your preferred payment method or plan and proceed with enrolment.
