3CIR provides Certificate III RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) for Australian military and emergency services personnel. Convert your operational experience in business administration, entrepreneurship, and work health and safety into nationally recognised Certificate III qualifications — with a 25% military and emergency services discount and no further study required.
Certificate III is the trade-level qualification in Australia’s framework — the level where your operational experience translates into sector-specific credentials that employers actively seek.
Three Certificate III qualifications available through RPL. No further study required for most candidates.
Certificate III qualifications are nationally recognised credentials at AQF Level 3, regulated under the Australian Qualifications Framework. At this level, qualifications develop trade-level and sector-specific operational competencies. 3CIR offers three Certificate III qualifications: Business (BSB30120) covering operational administration and business processes, Entrepreneurship and New Business (BSB30220) covering venture planning and small business operations, and Work Health and Safety (BSB30719) covering hazard identification, risk assessment, and WHS compliance. Military and emergency services personnel with 2+ years of operational experience routinely exceed these competency requirements through their daily duties. Through RPL, 3CIR formally assesses this experience, with qualifications issued by Asset College (RTO 31718).
Training and assessment are delivered under a third-party arrangement with Asset College RTO #31718.
