3CIR is Australia's leading RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) specialist for Australian Defence Force (ADF) and emergency services personnel. Founded in 2016 by Australian Army veterans, we convert the skills and experience of ADF members, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and SES volunteers into nationally recognised qualifications — with a 25% discount applied to every qualification, every time.
3CIR was born from a frustration every veteran knows: watching skilled, experienced people struggle to get civilian employers to see the value of their service.
Our founders lived it — transitioning from the Australian Army into civilian life and discovering that years of leadership, operational planning, and high-stakes decision-making meant little without formal qualifications on paper.
That gap between what you can do and what you can prove isn't unique to defence force personnel. Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and SES volunteers face the same challenge. Decades of frontline experience, incident command, risk management, and team leadership — all invisible to employers who only see a resume missing formal credentials.
In 2016, our founders set out to fix this through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) — a government-regulated process that converts real-world skills into nationally recognised qualifications. They built 3CIR specifically for the people they understood best: military and emergency services personnel.
Within a year, 3CIR partnered with Asset College (RTO #31718) to deliver qualifications through a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation — a partnership that continues to this day. By 2018, the service had expanded beyond the ADF to include police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and SES volunteers.
Today, with a 5.0/5 Google rating, an 85% RPL success rate, and 37+ qualifications available from Certificate II to Graduate Diploma, 3CIR is a veteran-owned RPL specialist for those who serve — delivering fast-track, nationally recognised qualifications Australia-wide with a 25% discount applied automatically.
