Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the Advanced Diploma of Program Management (BSB60720) is a nationally regulated assessment process that evaluates a person's existing program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and benefits management skills against the 12 competency units required for this Australian Qualifications Framework Level 6 credential. Rather than completing formal study, experienced program managers provide evidence of their existing skills — gathered from leading complex multi-project programs — which is assessed by qualified assessors against each unit's performance criteria. Qualifications are issued by Asset College (RTO 31718), regulated by ASQA, and carry identical standing to credentials obtained through traditional study pathways.
