Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB60420) is a nationally regulated assessment process that evaluates a person's existing strategic leadership, change management, business planning, and innovation management skills against the 10 competency units required for this Australian Qualifications Framework Level 6 credential. Rather than completing formal study, experienced senior managers and executives provide evidence of their existing skills — gathered from leading organisations — which is assessed by qualified assessors against each unit's performance criteria. Qualifications are issued by Asset College (RTO 31718), regulated by ASQA, and carry identical standing to credentials obtained through traditional study pathways.
