Absolutely — many people achieve 2–4 qualifications. Because your work experience is broad, it often maps to multiple qualification areas simultaneously. For example, a project manager might qualify for a Diploma of Project Management and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and a Certificate IV in WHS. Undertaking multiple qualifications simultaneously is more efficient as evidence often overlaps across related competency units.

The AQF is Australia's national policy for regulated qualifications. It defines 10 levels from Certificate I to Doctoral Degree. 3CIR qualifications range from Certificate II (AQF Level 2) to Graduate Diploma (AQF Level 8). Each level represents increasing complexity. AQF qualifications are recognised by employers nationally, making them fully portable between states, industries, and roles. When you see "nationally recognised" on a qualification, it means it sits on the AQF.
