In Australia, It is possible to earn qualifications through your experience.  3CIR offers a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process which allows you to demonstrate that you have the skills and knowledge required to do a job, without having to complete a qualification. This can be done through the submission of evidence such as resumes, letters of recommendation, portfolios or interviews. The process is made possible through the Australian Qualifications Framework

All qualifications issued by 3CIR are nationally recognised through our partnership with Asset College RTO #31718. This means that our qualifications are recognised and respected by employers all across Australia. Asset College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which means they are authorised by the Australian government to deliver nationally accredited training.
