Taking the Leap – Career Change
Spending two, four, eight or more years living and breathing a chosen career can be rewarding on many levels. The natural skillsets picked up along the way can provide you with more tools than you are sometimes aware that you even have.
But sometimes change is needed. For physical reasons, or mental health, or the simple need for something different – taking the leap to resigning from a job, transitioning from military life to the civilian sector, and choosing what to do next can be some of the most daunting decisions we face in our adult lives.
Change, however it comes about, is the perfect opportunity to explore what you enjoy. Taking elements of past careers and experiences, and focusing on your strengths can guide you into making the next career choice an easier one.
The choice can be made simpler, through formalising your skills through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Covering Army RPL, Navy RPL, Air Force RPL and Emergency Services RPL
The RPL process is something we specialise in, for current and former ADF personnel. Evidence is gathered and supplied as part of our FREE RPL Assessment ( https://www.3cir.com/rpl-assessment-form/ ), and from there we can offer guidance on what courses would help consolidate the skills and knowledge you have gained through your military service.
3CIR was founded by ex-military personnel. We understand all too well the difficulties that you can face, when deciding “what’s next?”.
Wheatear you are Army, Navy, Air Force or emergency services, let us work with you, to establish career direction and build your confidence in a new direction to promote yourself and your skill sets.
