Our BSB60320 Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management is a leadership qualification with a strong focus on strategic planning. Individuals at this level analyse, design, and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual, or managerial competencies. This qualification is only available through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Through this qualification, you’ll be working hands-on developing your own strategic plans and company policies as you analyse the existing HR and compliance systems at your workplace.

  • if not listed, 1 unit may be selected from a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.
