Our BSB60320 Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management is a leadership qualification with a strong focus on strategic planning. Individuals at this level analyse, design, and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual, or managerial competencies.

Through this qualification, you’ll be working hands-on developing your own strategic plans and company policies as you analyse the existing HR and compliance systems at your workplace.

4 elective units,  of which:

  • 3 elective units must be selected from the elective units listed below
  • for the remaining 1 elective unit:
  • up to 1 unit may be selected from the elective units listed below
  • if not listed, 1 unit may be selected from a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.

Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
