The BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business qualification is suited to Senior Administrators and Executives seeking to develop expertise across a wider range of business functions. This qualification builds upon the Diploma of Business.

During the BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business course, students will learn about strategic planning while developing both a marketing plan and an organisational development plan. Learn how to manage innovation and continuous improvement; develop workplace policy and procedures for sustainability; and how to lead and manage organisational change.

  • 3 elective units must be selected from elective Group A
  • for the remaining 2 units:
  • up to 2 elective units may be selected from elective Groups A and B
  • if not listed, up to 2 elective units may be selected from a Diploma or Advanced Diploma, from any currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.

Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
