Redefining you Career after Military Service
For many current and former military personnel, life is defined by service. The structure, routine and discipline all intertwine into an often rewarding experience. A regimented lifestyle, comradery with your fellow servicemen and servicewomen, and a career spanning many experiences that civilians would struggle to comprehend.
During your military career, skill sets can be honed that transfer to new career opportunities. Such skills can assist you in training to a new career, through our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
These skills can include:
Your professional career does not have to end after leaving the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Here at 3CIR, we have joined forces with the Australian Partners of Defence (APOD) – offering all current and former ADF personnel and immediate family members 25% off all courses.
Moving from an established career in the Defence Force, to civilian life and more ‘mainstream’ occupations does not have to be complicated.
We specialise in the RPL process, specifically for current and former ADF personnel. Covering Army RPL, Navy RPL, Air Force RPL and Emergency Services RPL. We believe that the skills you learn in the military should be given the same weight as those who learn in a university classroom.
We offer a FREE RPL assessment, ( www.3cir.com/rpl-assessment-form/ ) to assist in determining your level of experience and knowledge, and to then offer a range of courses that would suit you.
These courses can be within the risk management, work health and safety, business, project management, leadership, security and management industry sectors.
Not only that, but many of these courses can be undertaken online. Whilst online learning requires discipline and time management, it also offers a cheaper alternative to classroom based, or face-to-face learning.
