Military RPL

The Defence Force provides significant skill-building opportunities that allow you to develop personally and professionally. The experience you gain within the military is unique, building dynamic and specialised skills not often recognised outside of Defence roles. While you do not receive formalise qualifications or certificates upon discharge, these skills are of high value to civilian employers.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) converts the valuable experience you gain from the Army, Navy and Air Force into nationally recognised qualifications that civilian employers can understand and appreciate.

How Military RPL will help you:

  • Transition out of Military Service
  • Enhance your resume
  • Help to gain meaningful employment
  • Assist with promotion opportunities within the ADF
  • Have years of Defence experience formally recognised and acknowledged
