This qualification is designed for individuals who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and have demonstrated a range of HR managerial skills effectively in their organisation.

Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.


Upon successful completion of this course a Diploma of Human Resources Management (BSB50618) will be awarded. This is suited to those looking to begin careers in the following roles:

  • if not listed below, 1 unit may be from any endorsed Training Package or accredited course at Certificate IV level or above.
