COURSE DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Human Resources Manager? Have you been working hard to ensure that your organisation is hiring the right staff and motivating and challenging those staff to increase retention?

This qualification is designed for individuals working as human resources directors, strategists and national regional or global human resources managers. They provide leadership and strategic direction in the human resources activities of an organisation.

They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies. Their knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the HR field. These individuals are often accountable for group outcomes and for the overall performance of the HR function of an organisation.

CERTIFICATION & OUTCOME

Upon successful completion of this course an Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources) (BSB60215) will be awarded. This qualification is suited to the following roles:

Human Resources Director
Human Resources Strategist
National, Regional or Global Human Resources Manager

 

You will gain knowledge and experience in areas such as:

Develop and implement diversity policy

Manage human resources strategic planning

Provide leadership across the organisation

Develop and implement strategic plans
