COURSE DESCRIPTION

The most valuable asset to any organisation is its people.

This qualification is designed for individuals who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and have demonstrate a range of HR managerial skills effectively in their organisation.

Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.

CERTIFICATION & OUTCOME

Upon successful completion of this course a Diploma of Human Resources Management (BSB50618) will be awarded. This is suited to those looking to begin careers in the following roles:
